We warmly invite policy scholars and experts to submit contributions to the workshop “Policy Implementation for Sustainability Transitions”, taking place 17–18 September 2026 at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin (Nordcampus) and hosted by the BIOPOLISTA Research Group.
The workshop explores how sustainability-related policies are implemented in practice, bringing together research on topics such as:
• Climate and energy transition policy
• Green industrial and innovation policy
• Bioeconomy and circular economy
• Administrative capacity and state capability
• Policy coordination and multi-level implementation
• Policy learning
The workshop aims to foster interdisciplinary discussion on advancing both research and practice on implementing sustainability transition policies.
