Das BIOPOLISTA Team hat zur diesjährigen ICPP (International Conference on Public Policy) Konferenz in Chiang Mai/ Thailand beigetragen, indem es in der Kategorie "Implementation" ein Panel mit dem namen "Assessing Policy Implementation Performance – The Role of Context" organisiert hat.
Von Nicolai Goritz von dem BIOPOLISTA Team geleitet, wurden zwei BIOPOLISTA Veröffentlichungen mit den Namen "Unveiling the contextual determinants of Success and Failure in Environmental Policy Implementation: A Systematic Literature Review” (Von Pfister et al.) und "Assessing bioeconomy policy implementation performance in the case of Germany – Success and failure of the Bioeconomy Council” (Maria Proestou) vorgestellt.
Das Panel, welches Wissenschaftler aus Indien, Liberia, Mexiko, Griechenland, Deutschland, Südafrika und den Niederlanden zusammenbrachte, diskutierte anhand theoretischer und empirischer Beiträge, wie kontextuelle Faktoren die Wirksamkeit der Politikumsetzung beeinflussen.
